




Descripción y detalle de las actividades The main objective of this position is to seek and develop new business opportunities through market research and evaluation. Responsible for maintaining close contact with existing clients to ensure their requirements are being met, as well as with potential clients to secure new accounts. **Responsibilities** * Develops and implements strategic sales plans to establish targets and objectives. * Develops a work plan to identify and locate new business prospects. * Leads and develops the sales team to achieve established strategies, goals, and objectives. * Studies and analyzes market trends and competitive strategies. * Analyzes and controls divisional expenses to ensure compliance with budget requirements. * Coordinates with internal teams to ensure an effective level of service. * Represents the company at trade associations and commercial meetings to promote products. * Develops and follows up on business opportunities and current sales volume with clients. * Documents actions, follow\-up plans, and account development projects. * Prepares periodic sales forecasts. * Negotiates pricing and commercial terms with customers in accordance with sales policies. * Participates in cross\-selling initiatives and pricing projects for the division. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. * Experience in strategic commercial planning and sales forecasting. * Strong financial analysis skills (costs, margins, profitability). * Experience in leading and developing sales teams. * Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work independently. * Advanced English (C1\). * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Customer\-oriented with a strong results\-driven mindset. * Availability to travel.
