Key Responsibilities: * Lead full\-cycle talent acquisition strategies for technical, operational, and leadership positions. * Develop workforce planning and succession strategies aligned with long\-term business goals. * Design and implement performance management systems and leadership development programs. * Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll administration, and salary benchmarking. * Ensure full compliance with labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. * Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. * Drive organizational development initiatives, change management, and culture transformation. * Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity, absenteeism) to support executive decision\-making. * Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with operational objectives. * Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * 5–8\+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance. * Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments (preferred). * Experience managing multi\-site operations (preferred). * Bilingual English/Spanish (highly desirable in international environments). * Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR KPIs and dashboards.
