




**Responsibilities** * Monitor and follow up on general cargo operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. * Coordinate with shipping lines to secure bookings, verify schedules, and resolve operational issues. * Request, track, and confirm payments in internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Maintain close communication with internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates. * Prepare, update, and maintain detailed tracking reports in coordination with customs brokers, customers, and internal teams. * Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions. * Communicate effectively with internal teams (yard, transport, administration) to ensure smooth coordination. * Share customer requirements with suppliers and monitor their proper implementation. * Reconcile accounts with suppliers, verify charges, and follow up on payments. * Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership with professionalism and accuracy. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination. * Strong knowledge of customs processes, shipping documentation, and financial follow\-up. * Proficiency in MS Office. * English proficiency. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Benefits according to law.
