*A* ***Freight Forwarder company*** *is seeking an* ***Operations Executive*** *with experience in international logistics operations, focused on the daily management of* ***import and export shipments****.* *This is an operational position that requires practical knowledge of the internal workings of a Freight Forwarder, the ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously, and constant interaction with international clients and suppliers.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening, monitoring, and closing operational files in the system. * Close follow\-up of import and export shipments by air, ocean, and ground. * Direct coordination with shipping lines, airlines, carriers, and international agents. * Management of export bookings and follow\-up on confirmations. * Ongoing communication with clients to provide status updates, references, incidents, and timelines. * Preparation and review of Freight Forwarder operational documentation (HBL, shipping instructions, billing requests, and guarantee refunds). * Identification and resolution of operational incidents. * Control of timelines, costs, and compliance with internal processes. * Proposal of improvements to optimize daily operations. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. * **Experience:** 2 years in operations within a Freight Forwarder. * **English:** Advanced / conversational level. * **Excel:** Intermediate level. **Practical Knowledge in:** * Import and export processes * Incoterms * Coordination with international agents and suppliers * Operational documentation (HBL, bookings, invoicing) **Key Competencies:** * Organization and control of multiple operations * Sense of urgency and close follow\-up * Clear communication with clients and suppliers * Results\-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * **Salary:** Up to $16,000 MXN gross per month (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * **Benefits above the legal minimum** (monthly grocery vouchers of $2,000 MXN, 7% savings fund, Major Medical Expenses Insurance, Life Insurance, and above\-legal Christmas bonus). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work location:** Av.
