Experiencia y requisitos **Requirements:** * 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bilingual environments. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
