The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, problem solving, high efficiency and tolerance to work under high pressure as well as an interest in logistics and export operations. **Responsibilities:** · Confirm and arrange export bookings, from the first step (booking reception) until the shipment is ready to sail. · Keep close communication with customers via email, phone, instant messaging. · Solve any issue encountered on the spot through coordination with all related departments including operations, sales, intermodal, port offices. · Manage export vessel preliminary loading lists and monitor general service updates such as vessel schedule changes. · Follow up on any required issue related to the assigned export shipments including cost recovery, related reports and operations set up conference calls with customers and internal areas. **Requirements:** · Good Communication in English (written and spoken). · Excellent service attitude and can\-do attitude. · College degree. · Previous experience in shipping, can be either shipping line or freight forwarder (preferred but not required). · Preferred candidates from International Business or logistics related careers. · Computer savvy, general knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
