Role Description This is a full\-time on\-site role located in Querétaro, QUE, for a Technical Sales Engineer (TSE). The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships by providing technical consulting and support for machine vision solutions. Daily tasks include identifying customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, delivering presentations, and coordinating with technical teams to develop custom solutions. You will also play a key role in understanding client challenges, offering solutions, and achieving sales goals while upholding exceptional service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify client needs and align solutions accordingly. Strong Technical Support capabilities to solve customer challenges and ensure satisfaction with solution implementation. Outstanding Communication and Sales skills to effectively liaise with clients, provide presentations, and build relationships. Experience collaborating with technical teams and familiarity with machine vision systems or related technology is a plus. Ability to work on\-site with clients as required and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in bilingual communication (Spanish and English) is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
