We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated Web Designer/Developer with WordPress and SEO experience. This is a remote role and requires a **stable high\-speed internet** connection. **Responsibilities** * Build, manage, and migrate WordPress websites * Configure DNS, Cloudflare, hosting (InMotion), SSL, and staging * Integrate third\-party tools (GoHighLevel, GA4, GSC, MailGun, etc.) * Design websites and landing pages from scratch (often starting with just a logo) * Implement on\-site SEO best practices (page speed, meta tags, redirects, 404 fixes, internal linking) * Follow and improve company SOPs * Communicate clearly with internal team and partners **Requirements** * 3 years of professional WordPress development experience * Strong portfolio (Elementor \+ Gutenberg/Kadence preferred) * Solid understanding of SEO best practices * Experience with DNS, hosting, domain connections, and SSL setup * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Clear, professional communication skills * Digital marketing experience preferred **Tools We Use** WordPress, Elementor, Kadence, Yoast, GoHighLevel, Asana, Cloudflare, InMotion, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, LocalFalcon, Canva, Photoshop, MailGun, Google Drive. **Full\-Time \| Salary based on experience** Performance\-based raises and advancement opportunities available.
