This position is responsible for creating technical specifications, approving measurements, and developing digital samples for Sublimated, Stock, and special project collections, transforming creative concepts into manufacturable realities. Key Responsibilities \- Create technical sheets from scratch using Adobe Illustrator, including sketches, Bill of Materials (BOM), construction sheets, and visual guides. \- Review fit (digital and physical), garment construction, and mannequin adjustments in coordination with Mexico and USA teams. \- Develop sublimation, screen printing, and heat transfer techniques until final approval is achieved. \- Execute 3D models and manage the product life cycle and style numbers within the DeSL and Jira portals. \- Collaborate with Cost Engineering and the Sample Room to ensure efficient sewing methods for the production line. Professional Profile \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Textile Engineering, or related field. \- Languages: Advanced English (Required). \- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar roles and design software management. \- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Smart Office, Confluence, and DeSL is a plus. \- Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in sewing methods, pattern making, industrial machinery, and stitch types/operations.
