Join us. **Job Description** AECOM busca un Sr Planner para Data Center en Querétaro Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras: * Desarrolla conocimientos fundamentales de conceptos y principios de planificación y programación, incluidos los efectos sobre el desempeño financiero. * Desarrolla familiaridad con las fuentes de datos para el desarrollo del cronograma. * Capacidad para identificar e investigar variaciones en el cronograma del proyecto. * Recopila datos, actualiza y produce informes de programación. * Ayuda en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de estructuras de descomposición del trabajo (WBS). * Desarrolla familiaridad con los planos de construcción, las especificaciones y los contratos de construcción. * Posee un conocimiento fundamental de la programación del método de ruta crítica (CPM). Capaz de revisar y comprender la lógica del cronograma de ingeniería, adquisiciones y construcción. * Ayuda a reunir datos para la actualización del cronograma. * Ayuda en la medición del progreso del cronograma del proyecto. * Desarrolla conocimientos sobre control de alcance, gestión de cambios y metodología de valor ganado. * Soporta la recopilación de datos y produce un análisis inicial para el desarrollo de la línea base del cronograma y la recopilación de datos de mantenimiento. * Exposición a los fundamentos, conceptos y principios básicos de programación y línea base de costos. * Elaboracion de reportes periodicamente a nivel tecnico y gerencial. **Qualifications** Requisitos mínimos: * Ingeniero civil o afín \+ 6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación Requisitos preferidos: * Experiencia en Proyectos de construcción o Proyectos industriales y de Programación de obra * Conocimientos en manejo y administracion de Primavera P6, MS Project **Additional Information** No está disponible la asistencia para la reubicación para este puesto.
