Descripción y detalle de las actividades The Controller is responsible for the overall Finance function, General Ledger integrity, compliance, and Internal control oversight. This role involves supporting Business Unit and Divisional staff in business planning, financial reporting, financial performance measurement and identify opportunities and implement solutions that will result in greater efficiency and accuracy. Experiencia y requisitos * High knowledge of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. (GAAP \& Mx GAAP) * Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word). * Proficient with government regulations and laws * Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance. * 3\+ years leadership experience preferred. * Prior experience in maquiladora or manufacturing industry. (World Class, Manufacturing Environment) * Multiple sites experience is preferred. * Must continuously maintain the highest degree of integrity, customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical, critical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Fully Bilingual * Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
