**Job Scope:** Responsible for the management and execution of assigned product programs and supports the effort to develop new business within the region with the assistance of the Sales \& Marketing Group. Coordinates and monitors technical matters, program costs, labor resources, timing, and related aspects to ensure the successful development and launch of assigned products. Provides technical direction to various engineering levels in collaboration with cross\-functional departments. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and execute customer engineering programs. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams to ensure design, cost, resources, and timing objectives are met. * Provide technical leadership to the engineering team and cross\-functional areas. * Participate in APQP processes, design reviews, and production launches. * Evaluate and approve engineering changes considering technical and financial impact. * Support the Sales team in quotations and new business development. **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive engineering. * Advanced English level (mandatory). * Experience in serial production Automotive. * Experience in international business environments. * Strong leadership, communication, and results\-oriented skills.
