We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to lead manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement. **Job Summary** The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget, meeting all quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem\-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * **Production Planning and Management:** Develop production schedules and manage workflow to meet deadlines. Oversee the production process and address any issues. * **Resource Management:** Determine and allocate resources like personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency. Manage budgets and coordinate with supply chain departments. * **Quality Assurance and Control:** Ensure adherence to quality control standards and monitor product output to meet quality expectations. Implement procedures to reduce defects. * **Team Leadership and Development:** Supervise and mentor production staff, conduct training and performance evaluations. Promote a safe and positive work culture. * **Safety and Compliance:** Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies. Inspect the manufacturing floor and conduct safety training. * **Process Improvement and Reporting:** Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and use methodologies like lean manufacturing. Prepare reports for management. Experiencia y requisitos **Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's is a plus. * Proven experience as a production manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing. * Knowledge of production management principles, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Proficiency with software like ERP systems and MS Office. * Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. * Analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
