Resumen del Puesto: Coordinador de planeación de inventario responsable de mantener niveles óptimos de inventario, coordinar planes de fabricación y asegurar la entrega oportuna de materiales, utilizando Oracle y colaborando con equipos internos y externos. Descripción y detalle de las actividades * It must keep within control limits the inventory levels of consumable items and components in the minimum and maximum control plan. * Verify that enough material is on hand and when and where it is needed to meet the manufacturing plans related to your CFT. * Use the Planner Workbench in Oracle to plan and launch demands for purchase. * Responsible for ensuring that promised delivery dates are met. * Responsible for keeping back orders within the goal. * Monitor the status of orders in process (WIP), using Oracle to generate reports. * Follow up with suppliers (internal and external) to all requisitions and purchase orders placed to comply with delivery dates, as well as raise to management level any adverse situation in supplies that affects the production plan of your CFT. * Navigate through the planning, BOM, and WIP modules in Oracle to obtain the necessary plan information and expedite work orders. * Develops production work schedule, prioritizes work orders and arranges by machine time or cycle with department supervisors. * Likewise, it must maintain and comply with the inventory level control goals of the components assigned to the area in line with the goals and programs established by the company by CFT. * Participate in weekly CFT meetings, discussing new projects, the floor program, and current situations regarding equipment, materials, and related areas. * Work with other employees at all levels and within your CFT to solve day\-to\-day problems. * Works with purchasing to procure materials, components, and supplies. * Know and apply the policies and procedures of the Quality Systems (ISO 9001\), ISO 13485, Environmental Management System (ISO 14001\), Health and Hygiene Management System and Occupational Safety (Ohsas 18001\) and any other system that the company requires for its operation. Experiencia y requisitos * University degree completed * More than 3 years of experience in planning or purchasing. * Bilingual Spanish\-English. * Oracle system management (desired experience). * Able to identify, evaluate, and correct complex problems using root cause analysis. * Understanding and applying policies, procedures, and reporting information. * Communicate clearly and effectively verbally or in writing at all levels of the organization. * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Computer management and Microsoft Office programs. * Participate and develop in a team environment. * Work independently. * Results\-oriented.
