Resumen del Puesto: Analyst will manage supplier quality, audits, and improvement for raw materials, ensuring production quality and smooth operations while training IQC inspectors. Insures the consistent application of inspections and tests. Reviews and analyzes the results of the inspection tests and supervises the outcome of products that are not accepted by suppliers. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** 1\. Analyze and handle material quality issue from production line, ensure production goes smoothly. 2\. Follow correlative corrective action with other colleagues. 3\. Supervise suppliers’ quality performance push suppliers to improve their performance. 4\. Evaluate and qualify new suppliers with SPD and Engineering. 5\. Evaluate supplier’s performance monthly, and yearly audit supplier. 6\. Train supplier for quality matter. 7\. Issue NCR or SCAR report to supplier and follow corrective action. 8\. Train IQC inspectors, improve IQC inspectors’ skill. 9\. Manage and improve IQC \& SQE document. 10\. Deal with other assignments assigned by superior. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor’s degree or above. * Minimum of 4 years of experience * Good command of English skills in speaking and listening. * Travels Frequently to Supplier Facilities. * Can be responsible for the Calibration of Measuring Instruments. * Can Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams. * Trained as a Lead Auditor in either ISO/QS or FDA. * ASQ Certification as a Quality Engineer is Desirable.
