Descripción y detalle de las actividades **OBJECTIVE**: Understanding customer needs and requirements. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow\-up and outbound cold calls and emails. **MAIN FUNCTIONS:** * Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales. * Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. * Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with ARRK. * Perform cost\-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. * Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. * Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email. * Keeping up with product and service information and updates. * Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. * Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. * Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers. * Staying informed about competing products and services. * Upselling products and services. * Coordinate domestic and international material purchases including, but not limited to, China and Taiwan vendors to ensure orders are produced on time according to project specifications. * Accurately coordinate shipping logistics to meet scheduled deliveries to our customers’ time and place specifications. * Researching and qualifying new leads. * Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
