Descripción y detalle de las actividades This position is responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating with various departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. This role will support the development and maintain detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and records to support the maintenance team in achieving operational excellence. * Collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. Ensure that all necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are available when needed. * Utilize CMMS to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories. Ensure that all documentation is up\-to\-date and easily accessible. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment failures and extend the lifespan of assets. * Monitor and manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and supplies. Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to support maintenance activities without excessive stockpiling. * Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues. * Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
