Descripción y detalle de las actividades Through supportive supervision, executes activities that require problem solving, handling concepts, practices and procedures, fundamental to its area of engineering specialization, such as: Industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, chemical, etc. **Responsibilities** * Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products. * Day to day activities at the manufacturing line or molding equipment of responsibility. * Provide direct or indirect support to other lines, molding equipment, or projects through supportives upervision. * Respond to customer complaints and initiate action to prevent recurrence of non\-conformities related to the product, service, processes, or the quality system. * Project planning and documentation development under guidance from the responsible manager. * Complies with all documentation procedures and training as per the Quality Management System. * Support to engineering process validations and engineering changes. * Contributes to maintaining a safe work environment, supporting the company's. Experiencia y requisitos * Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical,Chemical, etc.). * Advanced English. (Technical and conversational). * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Problem solving skills and team coordination. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) * Intermediate knowledge ISO 13485\. * Intermediate knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Experience and understanding of de\-coupled injection molding and structured process development. * \+5 years within Molding Engineering Department for Medical Devices.
