




Resumen del Puesto: This role leads new product introductions, manages customer satisfaction, ensures timely qualifications, and maintains project activities within the PR process. Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Responsibilities (Description of Activities):** * Will lead specific projects for new product introduction utilizing the Product Realization Stages and Gate Reviews. * Understands and maintains customer product Knowledge and transfer timeline. * Drives customer satisfaction assurance by effective communication, leading meetings and meeting our commitments. * Has understanding of customer contracts and conditions to meet Benchmark's obligations. * Helps achieve Ramp to revenue and accountable to ensure the qualifications and deliverables are on time. * Helps to ensure action tracker and risk register are actively maintained and updated throughout the PR process. * Assist PR Project Manager with schedule creation and managing project activities and priorities. * Establishes and monitors KPIs related to E\&O, NRE recovery and PPV. Following up recoveries and dispositions with customer. * Ensures execution to contract terms and conditions to meet Benchmark's obligations. * Manage ECOs if necessary with CFT support and negotiate implementations with customers. * Actively uses, applies and promotes problem solving tools (root cause, 8D, 5 Wy’s, 6Ms, etc.). * Validates the establishment of quote to actuals cost comparisons and negotiate/implement Re\-pricings per contractual obligations. * POC with customer and lead working interdepartmental session meetings.
