Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Responsible for formulating weekly work plans and targets for the production line, ensuring alignment with production and sales objectives, and making adjustments and optimizations based on actual circumstances. * Coordinate and organise production schedules, collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans, and promptly resolve issues arising during the production process. * Manage production team members, including shift/team leaders and production staff, to ensure team efficiency and work quality. * Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their professional competence and technical skills, ensuring they are capable of undertaking all assigned tasks. * Responsible for quality management during the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality stability and improvement, and addressing quality issues such as OQA market customer complaints. * Manage safety protocols throughout the manufacturing process to ensure employee safety and a secure production environment; oversee the implementation of 5S principles within production areas. * Regularly report work progress, issues and proposed solutions to superiors, put forward suggestions for improvement, promptly implement instructions from superiors, and handle ad hoc matters. * Send your resume in English Experiencia y requisitos **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree or above **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: Manufacturing\-related experience, preferably in television manufacturing **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: 5 years or more **LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:** Fluent in communication and writing **COMPUTER USAGE:** Proficient in using office software(WORD, PPT, EXCEL) **ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:** Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement methodologies are desirable.
