Progressive company culture where your ideas are valued Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Your Impact** In this role, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry. **What You’ll Do:** * You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions. * Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues. * Answering incoming calls, paging on\-call doctors and technicians. * Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time. * Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference. * Use technological platforms to provide the best support. Experiencia y requisitos **What We’re Looking For:** * Passion for customer service. * Preferably experience in a call center. * 90% proficiency in written and spoken English. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. * Shift availability. **What We Offer and Important Information:** * Salary range: $22,500 \- $25,000 pesos per month (gross salary, including weekly bonuses based on performance). * Shift availability: Tuesday\-Saturday, 7:00 am\-4:00 pm PST. Saturdays can be worked from home after training is done.
