Descripción y detalle de las actividades The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process, from job posting to candidate hiring. * Conduct field recruitment activities such as canvassing and flyer distribution, as needed. * Promote open positions through social media, job boards, job fairs, phone calls, and other sourcing channels. * Contact potential candidates who meet the required profile to fulfill production staffing needs. * Conduct screening interviews and selection filters for candidates who meet the required qualifications. * Demonstrate initiative in identifying new recruitment strategies and exploring new talent markets. * Set up and manage recruitment modules/booths at various locations throughout the city, as needed. * Provide support to Human Resources in various activities as required. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in English. * Strong MS Office skills. * Interviewing skills. * Knowledge of field recruitment sites and sourcing points. * Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
