




Descripción y detalle de las actividades Responsible for coordinating the operation of the department and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision making and conflict management, metrics tracking. **Responsibilities of the position:** * Coordinate the operation of the department and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. * Follow up and compliance of the department's systems and operation processes. * Collaborate with the legal area in the management of labor issues, agreements and lawsuits. * Develop, update and align Human Resources policies and procedures for application in all areas. * Supervise the training of new personnel. * Manage the hiring of indirect personnel and update Job Descriptions. * Coordinate motivational activities and annual training programs. * Ensure staff services such as transportation and cafeteria. * Supervise medical insurance for employees and follow up on immigration permits for foreign personnel. * Maintain contact with the company's union and review vendor service contracts. Experiencia y requisitos **Job Requirements** * Bilingual (English \- Spanish). * Experience in the use of the TRESS System (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. * Professional career in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field. * Advanced knowledge of Excel.
