Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Main Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree (Preferred). * Minimum of 13 to 15 years of experience in the medical device industry in manufacturing environment or a regulated industry (Highly desirable), with at least 5 to 7 years in a leadership role. * Solid experience in strategic roles focused on manufacturing transfer and strategic initiatives (Capacity planning, footprint optimization, NPI, transfers). * Must be fluent in English (Native or bilingual proficiency). * **The preferred location for this position is Chihuahua or Tecate, Mexico.** Experiencia y requisitos **Specialized Skills \& Other Requirements:** * Ability to effective lead, direct, coach and motivate a project team. Must possess strong design talent and analytic ability for problem solving. * Ability to influence at all levels or an organization, Excellent negotiation, facilitation, collaboration, self\-motivated, high energy, and results driven. * Attention to detail and accuracy (Essential). * Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and directly, both verbally and in writing, to a widely varied audience. * Functional expert in manufacturing with proven track record * Problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives are required.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to participate with others in projects and innovation. * Able to manage multiple and competing priorities. * Displays ownership of results and a drive to achieve with a passion for excellence.
