Contribute to continuous improvement and specialized manufacturing systems. **World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for Cell Therapy Research Development Associates** The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Research Development Associates responsible for performing cell processing and manufacturing activities in a controlled aseptic and cGMP environment, including blood product processing, equipment operation, and quality testing. Ensures compliance with SOPs and batch documentation while collaborating with cross\-functional teams and supporting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and safety standards. We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more. **Responsibilities:** * Perform primary processing of blood products in a controlled aseptic environment, ensuring sample integrity and chain of custody. Execute manual separation techniques to isolate specific cell populations. * Monitor, clean, prepare and operate sophisticated cell processing and filling equipment in a cleanroom environment. * Perform in\-process and release assays, including flow cytometry, ELISA and total protein quantification. * Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions and SOPs, as well as assist with batch record reconciliation and timely documentation. * Maintain the appropriate level of training necessary for the manufacture of cGMP Cell in a commercial multi\-product facility. * Build and maintain effective cross\-functional relationships with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulation, and Facilities. * Follow a culture that embraces workplace safety and patient safety by adhering to company procedures and policies and cGMP requirements. * Participate in goal setting, KPI tracking and reporting, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives. * Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and operation of specialized manufacturing systems. **Requirements:** * Minimum of a B.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field with hands\-on experience in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture. * Proven ability to maintain, passage, and count cells while strictly adhering to sterile protocols. * Experience in cGMP biologics manufacturing, as well as cell therapy manufacturing (desirable). * Previous exposure to primary human cell lines or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) is a plus. * Fluent English is required. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Direct contract with the company. * All benefits by Law. * IMSS * INFONAVIT * FONACOT * Seniority Bonus * Grocery vouchers * Free uniforms * Free emotional support sessions. * Medical Consultations. * Free laboratory studies, radiology and imaging. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday 8AM a 5:30PM **Salary:** * $31,081\.20 MXN gross monthly **ABOUT US** https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ We appreciate your interest in this job position.
