We are seeking a **Customer Service \& Tech Support Specialist** with an **advanced level of English** and solid experience in customer interaction and technical assistance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented, solution\-driven, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide professional customer support in **English and Spanish**, both verbally and in writing. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues related to software, platforms, accounts. * Guide users through step\-by\-step solutions and properly document all interactions. * Perform initial diagnostics, follow\-up, and escalate tickets when necessary. * Maintain effective, empathetic communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Manage and update customer information within internal systems or CRM tools. * Occasionally assist with light sales\-related tasks such as service renewals or product recommendations (not a sales\-focused role). **Requirements:** * **1–2 years of experience** in Customer Service, Call Center, Help Desk, or Tech Support roles. * **Advanced English** (written and conversational). * Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner. * Basic understanding of troubleshooting software, applications, login issues, email, and connectivity. * Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple tasks. **Preferred Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong customer service mindset and empathy. * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and logical reasoning.
