la integridad física de los envases desde su llegada a la Bóveda, hasta que ingresan al proceso de verificación y de resguardo mediante la captura de comprobantes que amparan los plomos, el efectivo y documentos que contienen los envases en el Sistema correspondiente.\n\n\n3\\. **Recepción de Envases y generación de Lotes**\n\n\nRecibir el envase en buen estado y permitiendo siempre ser visualizado por cámara correspondiente.\n\n\nDistribuir envases a las diferentes vías de proceso de valores mediante la entrega física del mismo y con base a los datos del cliente que contiene la “Orden de servicio”\n\n\nCapturar comprobantes de servicio en sistemas, tabuladores, reportes e informes de operaciones con efectivo y documentos con valor.\n\n\nPrepara los lotes (conjunto de envases que serán procesados x cliente y por prioridad)\n\n\nConfecciona los reportes de traspaso de responsabilidad y los lleva a procesos haciéndolos firmar\n\n\nRecibir de procesos los envases, mazos etc para su despacho o custodia en bóveda firmando el documento de traspaso de responsabilidad\n\n\n\\*\\*\\* **El Oficial de Operación interna es el responsable de abrir y cerrar la ventanilla de recepción\\_ despacho, verificando que el personal de ruta sea conocido y pueda permitir el ingreso de envases a la bóveda de manera segura.****El puesto amerita el porte de Arma, ya que garantizará que en caso de un siniestro es capaz de aplicar los procedimientos correspondientes de seguridad para los cuales ha recibido previa capacitación y adiestramiento.**\n\n\n4**. Verificación, Selección y Clasificación**\n\n\nAperturar los envases de acuerdo a los procedimientos vigentes.\n\n\nVerificar, Seleccionar y Clasificar billetes por calidad y por denominación, colocar firma, nombre y fecha en cada fajilla y mazo, conforme a estándares establecidos por Banco de México\n\n\nObservar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos de seguridad en el manejo de efectivo, trasferencia de responsabilidad, actitud ante cámara de CCTV, control de accesos, uso de información, sellado de envases, armado de dotaciones, fajillas y mazos.\n\n\nLlenar las actas de diferencias que se generen en el proceso\n\n\nAplicar procedimiento en tratamiento de evidencias y diferencias.\n\n\n5\\. **Informes**\n\n\nOrdenar e integrar paquetes contables por banco, turno o área de procesamiento.\n\n\nRevisar la información ingresada al sistema de los bancos antes de enviarlas a fin de evitar errores de captura de datos que pueden generar diferencias\n\n\nUtilizar correctamente sistemas, equipo de recuento, cómputo, información y claves de acceso a sistemas.\n\n\nEnviar información y cuadrar diferencias y saldos de entrada y salida con clientes.\n\n\nRealizar cuadre de operaciones y efectivo al término de su jornada de trabajo.\n\n\nAplicar limpieza a equipo y área utilizados durante su jornada de trabajo.\n\n\nApoya en los arqueos mediante el costeo físico de los envases contra el control de las entradas y salidas a fin de constatar que lo existente es lo correcto.\n\n**6\\.** **Dotación (Despacho de Rutas)**\n\n\nPreparar de acuerdo a logística de servicios y requerimientos de cliente la cantidad de mazos procesados que serán despachados a rutas.\n\n\nDistribuir los comprobantes (en palomares). Esta distribución la realiza con base en la información del comprobante (direcciones de los clientes), para poder asignar a la ruta o área correspondiente.\n\n\nEntrega dotaciones a rutas.
