Responsibilities: * WOR \& MOR results reporting. * Follow\-up on internal audit findings. * Coordination and notification of customer visits/audits. * Equipment validation assurance. * Follow\-up on supplier reports and evaluation of corrective actions. * Ensuring the launch of new products in all stages, including ISIR. * Review of the internal audit program and management review. * Quality approval of new raw materials for the plant. * Follow\-up and coordination of customer complaint analysis, containments, and applicable sorting activities. * Focus on management points according to IATF16949\. Job requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or related. * Advanced English. * 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing areas. * Knowledge of Quality in SMT manufacturing process. * Proficient in Quality Manual knowledge, Core Tools, Risk Analysis, IATF Lead Auditor, customer\-specific requirements, CQI\-17, ESD. * Personnel management, initiative, coordination, and leadership.
