**Project Manager I – Remote (Guadalajara, MX)** **About the Role** We are looking for a highly organized **Project Manager I** to support and manage electromechanical projects from planning through execution. This role involves close collaboration with customers and cross\-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. **Advanced English proficiency is required**, as this role involves frequent communication with international customers and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables by analyzing one\-line diagrams and risers for custom\-engineered products. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with customer and business requirements. * Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations. * Manage scope changes, initiate change orders, obtain customer approvals, and coordinate project adjustments. * Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure project continuity. * Track project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. * Support small and mid\-size projects under supervision while building project management expertise. **Required Qualifications** * Advanced English (written and spoken) – **mandatory**. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Strong attention to detail and solid math skills. **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. * 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles. **Work Environment** * Fully remote position. * Continuous computer use in a standard home\-office environment. * Fast\-paced environment with deadlines and multiple priorities.
