





**About the Role** We are looking for a **Supply \& Demand Planner** responsible for driving and managing the **short\- and long\-term demand forecast** for our top\-performing e\-commerce brands. This person will play a key role connecting our **Supply Chain, Commercial, and Merchandising** teams, ensuring product availability, accurate forecasts, and strong supplier relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive and manage short\- and long\-term **Demand Forecasts** for **400\+ SKUs** (core, seasonal, and in/out products). * Lead and manage **monthly Consensus Meetings** with Commercial, Merchandising, and Supply Teams. * Support Commercial, Customer Service, and Merchandising in monitoring **new product launches, opportunities, and discontinuations**. * Manage and resolve **demand and supply discrepancies**, analyzing significant variances vs. forecast. * **Collaborate directly with international suppliers (mainly in China)** — communication and negotiations will be in **English**. * Oversea purchase orders, shipment coordination, and delivery timelines to ensure product flow. * Responsible for **KPI analysis** as part of the monthly Rolling Forecast and Consensus Process (Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Excess \& Obsolete Inventory). * Monitor monthly product performance and participate in quarterly product reviews. * Lead the **implementation and optimization of ERP Odoo** for planning and inventory management. **About You** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Mathematics.** * **\+1 year of experience** in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning. * ERP knowledge (preferably **Odoo**). * **Advanced Excel** and planning tools proficiency. * Cross\-functional experience with **Commercial and Finance** teams is desirable. * Strong understanding of **End\-to\-End Supply Chain Operations** (Demand – Supply – Logistics – Inventory – Customer Service). * **Fluent English (spoken and written)** – required for daily supplier communication. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision\-making skills. * Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. * Proactive, results\-oriented, and highly organized. **About Mastery Brand** At **Mastery Brand**, we are one of Mexico’s **top leaders in E\-commerce**, building and scaling purpose\-driven brands across marketplaces like **Amazon, Mercado Libre and Walmart**.
