Ensuring brand speaks clearly to customer base **Bilingual Web Designer (English/Spanish)** **Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora. **In\-Office** We are seeking a versatile Bilingual Web Designer to join our in\-office marketing team. This is a hands\-on role where you will work directly with our Marketing Manager to create, maintain, and optimize digital experiences for both English and Spanish\-speaking audiences. You will be the creative engine behind our bilingual web presence, ensuring our brand speaks clearly to our customer base. **Key Responsibilities** ● Collaborative Design: Work side\-by\-side with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute web campaigns, landing pages, and email templates. ● Bilingual Content Integration: Design and implement layouts that accommodate text expansion/contraction between English and Spanish. ● Visual Localization: Select imagery and design elements that resonate culturally with both Hispanic and English\-speaking markets. ● Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of our bilingual sites to ensure links, forms, and copy are functioning and visually aligned in both languages. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** Language Fluency: Professional\-level proficiency (written and verbal) in both english and spanish. Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern web design and a solid grasp of typography and grid systems. Technical Stack: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools. Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile\-first design principles. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot "widows," "orphans," or broken layouts caused by text expansion during translation. **"Nice to Have"** ● **Copywriting Experience:** Ability to write or heavily edit punchy headlines, CTAs, and body copy in both English and Spanish. You understand that "Order Now" might need a different emotional trigger in a Spanish\-speaking market. ● **SEO/SEM Knowledge:** \* Familiarity with keyword placement and how design affects Core Web Vitals. ○ Understanding of how landing page design impacts Google Ads Quality Score. ○ Experience with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. ● **Technical SEO Basics:** Knowledge of header tags ($H1$, $H2$, $H3$), meta descriptions, and schema markup. ● **CMS Management:** Experience managing bilingual sites in WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Wix.
