Collects and documents data related to suppliers, the quantity of the materials, cost of the materials for initiating purchase to meet the production schedules. **Job Requirements** * Placing the purchase orders in enterprise\-wide supply chain systems to the suppliers and ordering appropriate stock levels with specific suppliers per the plan. * Coordinating with the production teams for accurate inventory numbers and liaising with internal departments regularly to deal with discrepancies. * Assisting the management in planning the purchasing strategies, key performance indicators, budgets, risk mitigation, cost savings, and inventory partnerships. * Implementing, reviewing, and updating the documentation of standard processes, procedures, and internal policies. **What your background should look like** Typically requires 1\-2 years of related work experience.
