Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage end\-to\-end operations across Molding, Wiring, and Assembly departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high\-quality production. * Ensure strict compliance with all EHS standards, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the plant. * Oversee daily production execution, equipment performance, staffing levels, and process adherence to meet customer demand and delivery targets. * Coordinate and align production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational goals and optimize processes. * Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve productivity. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Quality, Materials Planning, HR, Finance) to support new product introductions, process validation, and production ramp\-up. * Monitor performance metrics (OEE, FPY, scrap, labor efficiency) and lead problem\-solving activities to drive operational excellence. **General Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing: * Manufacturing production operations * Engineering and maintenance functions * Lean manufacturing programs * Proven ability to lead complex, high\-volume operations in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. * In\-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding, wiring harness assembly, mechanical assembly, and automation. * Strong working knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF) and regulatory compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills. * Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
