Crecimiento de la base de clientes para la instalación mediante ventas directas, negociaciones contractuales con clientes, exploración y penetración de cuentas para obtener más negocio, y manejo de problemas de servicio.\n\n**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:** (Incluye, pero no se limita a)\n\n· Crecimiento rentable del mercado mediante ventas directas.\n\n· Aumento de la base de clientes dentro de la región.\n\n· Negociar de forma rentable tarifas y contratos con clientes actuales y nuevos.\n\n· Representar a Omni México de manera profesional en todo momento ante clientes y posibles clientes.\n\n· Actuar de forma profesional y adecuada en todo momento. Esto incluye todas las interacciones con el personal de Operaciones y con todos los demás compañeros de trabajo, así como con clientes durante eventos de entretenimiento.\n\n· Seguir y cumplir plenamente con el Manual de Políticas de Ventas.\n\n· Se requiere realizar un mínimo de diez (10\\) llamadas de ventas diarias entre martes y viernes, y realizar cinco (5\\) llamadas de ventas los lunes.\n\n· Se requiere tener un mínimo de cuatro (4\\) visitas a prospectos por semana.\n\n· Se requiere tener un mínimo de uno (2\\) eventos de entretenimiento fuera del horario laboral por mes.\n\n· Realizar seguimiento con los clientes y ventas sobre todas las cotizaciones, con el fin de asegurar más negocio.\n\n· Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de Omni Logistics, y cumplir con todos los requisitos gubernamentales, locales, de seguridad y reglamentarios.\n\n· Hacer seguimiento con Operaciones sobre todas las cotizaciones o problemas de servicio al cliente.\n\n· Monitoreo y apoyo en el proceso de cobranza con los clientes de la estación.\n\n**RESPONSABILIDADES ADICIONALES:**\n\n· Apoyar a la gerencia en la planificación de eventos importantes de entretenimiento para clientes dentro de la región.\n\n**INTERACCIÓN:**\n\n· Interactuar de manera efectiva y profesional con otras oficinas de Omni Logistics México, la gerencia local, contactos/vendedores de líneas aéreas locales, agentes y clientes externos.\n\n**REQUISITOS:**\n\nHabilidades deseables:\n\n· Conocimiento de transporte aéreo y terrestre nacional e internacional es un plus.\n\n· Bilingüe en español e inglés comercial.\n\n· Excelentes habilidades de ventas.\n\n· Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.\n\n· Orientado al detalle con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.\n\n· Habilidades básicas en computación y mecanografía.\n\n· Comunicación interpersonal, oral y escrita efectiva.\n\n· Habilidades para resolver problemas.\n\nExperiencia requerida:\n\n· Se prefiere un mínimo de 2\\-3 años de experiencia laboral o en ventas en servicios de carga aérea, transporte terrestre, acarreo o campo relacionado.\n\nFormación académica deseada:\n\n· Título universitario y 1\\-2 años de experiencia en ventas en servicios de carga aérea, transporte terrestre, acarreo o campo relacionado.\n\n**ENTORNO DE TRABAJO:**\n\nLas características del entorno de trabajo descritas aquí son representativas de aquellas que debe cumplir un empleado para desempeñar satisfactoriamente las funciones esenciales de este puesto.
