Hibrido en GDL \- Plaza Andares. \*Si no vives en GDL, puede ser negociable remoto. **Software Engineer** What You'll Do * Lead the design and implementation of major features or services within the Platform Catalog ecosystem. * Drive architectural discussions and propose scalable solutions aligned with engineering best practices. * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. * Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical outcomes. * Advocate for system reliability, performance, and observability across multiple integrations. * Strong software engineering skills (Java, REST/GraphQL APIs, Docker, Kubernetes to design API to consume/produce data and build backend applications to power the client advertising platforms. * Use kafka/aerospike/Elasticsearch for building a realtime data pipeline as a backbone for the entire Advertising team. * Expertise in microservices architecture for highly available, large\-scale distributed systems. * Participate and manage on\-call and production support rotations to support and troubleshoot system issues off\-hours and during promotional events * Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, set goals, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. * Technical Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
