The third involves administrative tasks and people management. ***Job Responsibilities and Functions*** Client Engagement * Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements for expansion. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current operations and identify opportunities for improvement. Project Management * Participate in expansion projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Market Research and Analysis * Perform detailed market research to identify potential nearshoring locations, considering factors such as labor costs, regulatory environment, infrastructure, and geopolitical stability. * Analyze economic, cultural, and operational implications of potential locations to provide data\-driven recommendations. Strategic Planning * Develop strategic roadmaps for clients’ expansion initiatives, aligning with their long\-term business objectives. * Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain optimization, vendor selection, and operational best practices. Stakeholder Coordination * Assist in coordinating communication among project team members, clients, and external partners. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations. Continuous Improvement * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to nearshoring and international expansion. * Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and frameworks to enhance the firm’s service offerings.
