We are looking for an experienced **Senior QA Engineer** with strong expertise in mobile application testing and a solid background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in test planning, automation, and quality assurance for consumer\-facing mobile apps across Android and iOS platforms. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead and execute end\-to\-end testing processes for mobile applications, ensuring high\-quality deliverables. * Gather and analyze **business requirements**, functional specifications, and API contracts to design comprehensive test scenarios. * Develop, review, and maintain **test plans**, test cases, and traceability matrices. * Perform various testing types: **automation**, integration, functional, regression, API, and user acceptance testing. * Collaborate with remote and geographically distributed teams, acting as an onsite coordinator when required. * Drive defect management and ensure timely resolution. * Mentor and lead a team of 3\+ QA professionals. **Must\-Have Skills \& Experience** ----------------------------------- * **Overall Experience:** 7–10 years in QA and software testing. * Strong knowledge of **SAFe Agile methodologies**, SDLC, and STLC. * Expertise in mobile application testing (Android \& iOS) – **2\+ years**. * Experience with consumer\-facing mobile apps (tested at least **3 apps**). * Hands\-on experience in **mobile automation testing** – 2–4 years. * Proficiency in tools and technologies: * **Postman, Azure DevOps, Figma, GitHub, Charles Proxy/Proxyman** * **SOQL, Salesforce, AWS (S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB), Firebase** * **GraphQL, REST APIs, FullStory, Qualtrics, Selenium/Appium** * Familiarity with Android and iOS OS/device features. * Exposure to working with widgets and distributed teams. * Proven experience leading teams and coordinating onsite efforts – 3\+ years. **Education** ------------- * **Bachelor’s Degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Bonus Points** ---------------- * Expertise in **Testing Process and Quality Improvement**. * Advanced proficiency in **API Management**. * Strong skills in **Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning**.
