The Cost Accountant Manager will Provide financial information, analytical rigor, and decision\-making support, especially in evaluating high\-impact investment projects aimed at reducing costs, improving performance, or enabling automation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, although other tasks may be assigned. * Act as a strategic partner to the operations team, providing clear visibility of operational performance (productivity, performance, costs) to support daily decision\-making and conduct scenario analysis. * Evaluate the profitability and expected outcomes of investment initiatives (automation, new lines, relocation, etc.). * Analyze fixed, variable, standard, and actual costs to identify optimization levers. * Develop and maintain robust and detailed cost models by product and process. * Participate in month\-end closing cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Oversee inventory, physical flows, and stock valuation. * Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate standards. * Participate in significant investment projects to evaluate (CAPEX) with measurable ROI and efficiency objectives. * Manage and guide the local cost accounting team (analysts). * Act as a change agent, fostering financial discipline and operational alignment. Promote financial accountability and literacy among plant managers. Clearly explain variances and train teams in cost logic. QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in cost accounting (cost behavior, variances, margin analysis, modeling). * Ability to financially evaluate industrial projects (CAPEX, ROI, payback periods). * Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel/BI tools. * International work experience, particularly in a multicultural or multinational environment. REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of experience as a leader in the field. * 2\+ years of experience in manufacturing industry. * Advanced English. * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. * Must have a valid visa.
