### **Overview** We’re looking for a skilled **Wireless Systems Engineer** with hands\-on experience in network tower operations and wireless infrastructure. This role involves supporting advanced technologies like 5G\-Advanced, 5G, and Wi\-Fi through system integration, field testing, and performance optimization. ### **Responsibilities** * Integrate and optimize wireless systems; troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. * Conduct field tests (OTA) and validate new features on\-site. * Collaborate with equipment vendors to resolve interoperability challenges. * Support network design, optimization, and capacity planning. * Participate in lab testing and performance evaluations of emerging technologies. * Document findings and contribute to technical reports and white papers. ### **Experience and Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in wireless systems or network tower operations. * Conversational English. * Familiarity with 5G NR, LTE\-Advanced, Wi\-Fi, and related protocols (RTP/TCP/UDP/IP). * Experience with tools like Atoll, iBwave, QXDM, TEMS, Actix, R\&S, Spirent, PCtel. * Programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB, etc.) and ML libraries (PyTorch, Keras) is a plus. ### **Benefits** * Extra year\-end bonus days * Enhanced vacation premium * Savings fund * Weekly grocery vouchers * Retention bonus * Family major medical insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off (PTO)
