Recopilar y procesar la información pertinente de los gerentes de eventos del lugar relacionada con la instalación y desmantelamiento de los grupos. Caminar por todos los salones antes de instalar el material y marcar todos los desperfectos en el salón. Caminar por el salón con las compañías de producción y asegurarse de que saben donde están los desperfectos. Caminar por los salones después de la feria y reunirse con las compañías de producción para discutir los desperfectos causados durante su estadía. Hacer un informe y registrar todos los desperfectos durante la instalación y el desmantelamiento.
