Job Summary Responsibilities: 1\. Support to the production line, monitoring defects and rework on the line. 2\. Conduct tests for process improvement development. 3\. Responsible for maintaining inventories of critical equipment, fixtures, and accessories in the area in good condition, reporting any malfunctions to the area engineer in charge. 4\. Carry out routines assigned to the area. 5\. Perform installation, connection, inspection, adjustments, and simple modifications of production line equipment, as well as the installation of fixtures. 6\. Adjust interferometer equipment. 7\. Assist in updating and creating the documentation required for processes, under the supervision of the area engineer in charge. 8\. Identify bad practices and/or process deviations and report them to the area engineer in charge. 9\. Troubleshoot product issues through consultation of drawings, SP, VA, etc. Qualifications Experience: Desirable experience in fiber optic connector assemblies and related areas, in telecommunications companies, participation in projects (academic/work\-related) Education: recently graduated in industrial, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering or related field.
