Lead material preparation for Manufacturing Orders and Delivery Notes **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Warehouse Inventory and Material Preparation Specialist to manage and support key operations within our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, material preparation, and shipment handling. This role requires proficiency in warehouse software systems, inventory cycle counting, and material logistics. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management (Cycle Count and Audit Control)** – Perform and oversee regular inventory counts, ensure accuracy in stock records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as part of audit controls. * **Material Preparation:** * Lead the preparation of materials for Manufacturing Orders (MO) and Delivery Notes (DN). * Coordinate the preparation of shipment orders, ensuring materials are picked, packed, and labeled correctly for on\-time delivery. * **Warehouse Operations:** * Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure proper application of shelf\-life process controls. * Control inventory flow, manage stock levels, and coordinate with teams for scheduled replenishments. * **Data Management:** Input, retrieve, and analyze data using warehouse software systems and MS Office tools. * **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other members of the warehouse and logistics teams to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure objectives are met. * **Compliance:** Follow established policies and processes to ensure warehouse operations align with organizational standards, budgets, and safety protocols. **Required Qualifications:** * At least 2 years of hands\-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or similar. * Proficient English skills * Proficiency in using warehouse software packages and MS Office applications. * Solid knowledge of shelf\-life management, material preparation, and shipment processes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team. * Proactive approach and ability to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines. * Commitment to completing tasks with accuracy and efficiency. * Organizational skills to effectively manage resources and adhere to established tools and procedures.
