Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities to ensure efficient workflow. * Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and warehouse staff, promoting a strong performance culture. * Ensure inventory accuracy through proper controls and cycle count procedures. * Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse layout, processes, and material flow to enhance safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. Experiencia y requisitos * Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments. * Strong analytical, leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. * English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
