




Description Ensure the control, management, and timely updating of rates and codes related to DID services, guaranteeing the proper execution of commercial and operational processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the department. Profile * University studies in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Basic knowledge or interest in telecommunication services (Voice, SMS, DID). * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, tables, basic formulas; desirable to have pivot table knowledge). * Familiarity with administrative systems, CRM, billing, or data management (desirable). * Analytical ability to review granular information and detect errors. * Initial experience in data control or QA is desirable. Responsibilities: * Manage, audit, and update rates and codes for the DID product in accordance with current policies. * Validate the consistency of commercial and rate information in internal systems. * Coordinate with internal teams (finance, billing, product, NOC, routing, etc.) to ensure that rates are accurately reflected in operational and billing processes. * Follow up on discrepancies or errors detected in rates and collaborate with the relevant areas for resolution. * Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on automation, standardization, and the reduction of operational risks. * Generate periodic reports on rate changes, impact, and market trends. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation on processes, rate catalogs, and internal workflows. * Identify optimization opportunities and propose new processes, tools, or best practices. * Follow up on discrepancies or errors detected in rates and collaborate with the relevant areas for resolution. * Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on automation, standardization, and the reduction of operational risks. * Generate periodic reports on rate changes, impact, and market trends. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation on processes, rate catalogs, and internal workflows. * Identify optimization opportunities and propose new processes, tools, or best practices.
