This role is instrumental in expanding our product offering while ensuring new and existing products can be produced safely, efficiently, and with world\-class quality. **Main activities** ------------------- * Manufacturing Process Development. * Product Introduction \& DFM Support. * Rapid Prototyping \& Tooling. * Quality \& Process Control. **Qualifications required:** * Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. * 3\+ years of process engineering experience in furniture, upholstery, seating, or soft\-goods manufacturing. * Strong understanding of wood frame construction, adhesives/gluing methods, and upholstery processes. * Hands\-on experience with fixture design, rapid prototyping, and production line setup. **Preferred:** * Experience in high\-mix/high\-volume environments. * CAD experience (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.). * Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, and process capability metrics. **To work in the El Florido area, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Nivel de educación deseada:** Superior \- titulado **Nivel de experiencia deseada:** Nivel Experto **Función departamental:** Manufactura / Operaciones **Industria:** Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo *Esta vacante viene de la bolsa de empleo Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=694066592e000032009f10c4\&source\=indeed*
