




**OB SUMMARY:** As part of the Merchandising team the E\-Commerce Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting our growing E\-Commerce business through the development and maintenance of tools, tracking devices and reporting. This position requires direct prior experience with E\-Commerce Marketplaces such as Amazon Vendor Central (preferred, Seller Central experience will be considered on a case\-by\-case basis), Ebay and Walmart. A basic understanding of e\-commerce accounting and digital marketing terms will be key to a successful execution of the job functions needed. This role will have direct engagement with the shipping and accounting teams as they work to establish new e\-commerce related processes internally. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** **Data Management and Reporting** · You will maintain existing and develop new weekly, monthly and annual reports related to our performance on current marketplaces and future marketplaces. · You will work with the existing E\-Commerce team to gain a deep understanding of our products and how they perform vs. competition and how that relates to our objectives. · You will work with internal teams to maintain our historical data and reporting in an easily accessible archived format. **Content Management** · You will work to maintain an easily accessible database of content and assets. · You will be responsible for working with internal teams to gather large sets of visual assets for deployment onto marketplaces as we launch. **Interdepartmental Support** · You will work closely with our accounting department to research and process disputes within the Amazon and marketplace ecosystem. · You will be responsible for reporting monthly chargeback activity to leadership. · You will assist leadership with the set\-up of new e\-commerce customers. · You will assist leadership with the processing of e\-commerce related expenses and expense reporting. · You will work closely with the Shipping and Warehouse teams to gather necessary documentation for chargeback disputing and proof of delivery. · You will act as the e\-commerce subject matter expert where accounting and shipping related challenges are concerned. **Market and Competitor Analysis** · Stay informed on automotive trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the automotive sector. · Assist with data gathering for competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of key players in the online automotive space.
