We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Product Specialist Required experience: * 5\+ years experience * Strong knowledge with GMP Essential ITIL Emerson DeltaV otherDCS System * Advanced English for global collaboration Responsibilities: * Own complex DCS incidents including batch execution failures controller and module communication issues and configuration deployments. * Lead technical root cause analysis for recurring and major incidents and implement corrective actions under SOP. * Execute pre approved service requests such as controlled restarts configuration changes and recoveries. * Author and maintain high quality KBAs and technical runbooks and mentor L2 Analysts. • Monitor system health alarms and performance trends and propose preventive improvements. • Coordinate with L3 site automation teams and L4 vendors while retaining SLA accountability. * GxP Relevance Ensures DeltaV systems remain in a validated state maintaining batch integrity traceability and ALCOA plus data integrity Why Cognizant? * Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide * Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans * Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package * Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies * We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment * We invest in people and their wellbeing. * We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
