We operate a cloud\-first strategy fully based on Microsoft Azure, supporting mission\-critical services for our clients. **Role Description** This is a **full\-time hybrid role** for a **Cloud Infrastructure Manager (Azure)** based in Mexico City. The role is responsible for defining, operating, and continuously improving the **Azure cloud platform that supports WINBA’s core products and services**. Beyond daily operations, this position acts as a **technical authority for cloud infrastructure**, ensuring stability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency. The Cloud Infrastructure Manager establishes the foundational infrastructure standards that development and data teams rely on, and plays a key role in architectural and operational decision\-making across the organization. **Qualifications** * Extensive knowledge of **Microsoft Azure services**, cloud infrastructure management, and cloud deployments in production environments. * Strong experience with **system administration, networking, and virtualization technologies**, including load balancers, firewalls, and containers. * Proven ability to implement **cloud security measures**, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance\-oriented controls. * Strong **troubleshooting, problem\-solving, and performance tuning** skills within cloud environments. * Ability to make and clearly explain **technical decisions with business impact** in mind. * **Required certification:** Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\). * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; additional Microsoft Azure certifications are highly preferred. * Familiarity with **DevOps and CI/CD practices** in Azure environments. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
