Drive continuous improvement in data governance and system efficiency **Position Summary:** The Oracle Configuration Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all configuration activities within Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of product data across the organization. This role leads a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling Bills of Materials (BOMs), item masters, routings, ECO implementations, and product lifecycle documentation. The supervisor ensures that configuration processes align with engineering design intent, manufacturing requirements, and corporate standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the creation, maintenance, and validation of item masters, BOMs, routings, and product configurations in Oracle EBS. * Ensure all configuration changes adhere to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), documentation standards, and corporate policies. * Maintain data accuracy to support demand planning, procurement, production, and quality operations. * Ensure timely and compliant processing of ECOs, MCOs, and product updates. * Supervise, coach, and develop the Configuration Management team. * Assign workloads, monitor productivity, and review work for accuracy and completeness. * Provide training on Oracle EBS processes, data standards, and configuration tools. * Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development plans. * Implement controls to ensure configuration traceability and change accuracy. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance and system efficiency. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to product configuration and documentation. * Work closely with Engineering to translate design requirements into accurate system configurations. * Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure routing and BOMs reflect current production processes. * Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to resolve configuration discrepancies impacting material planning. * Identify and resolve configuration errors or inconsistencies in Oracle EBS. * Analyze system data to ensure alignment across product lifecycle stages. * Support root\-cause investigations and implement corrective actions related to configuration issues. * Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). * 3–5 years of experience in configuration management, product lifecycle management, or manufacturing engineering. * 2\&\#43; years of hands\-on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (preferred modules: BOM, Inventory, WIP, Engineering). Competences: * Strong understanding of Oracle EBS configuration structures, including BOMs, routings, and item master controls. * Knowledge of ECO/MCO processes and product lifecycle documentation. (CO \& CCO Process) * Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ERP data flow, and change control principles. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving ability. Effective collaboration with cross\-functional teams. * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * BOM and routing accuracy levels. * ECO/MCO processing cycle time.
