This role involves administrative support, data accuracy checks, and client communication. Responsibilities: * Manage distribution inbox and assign tasks. * Generate benefit booklets for clients and employees. * Validate benefit plans and perform quality checks. * Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions. * Assist with client deliverables and documentation: + Census + SBCs \& ECs + Renewal documents + Plan comparisons + Benefit guides + Contact carriers for employee changes, exceptions, ID cards, etc. ### **Requisitos** * High School diploma or higher. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). * Administrative experience preferred. * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. * Team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. * Functional English proficiency. ### **Ofrecemos** * Modalidad: 100% remoto. * Full\-time position.
